Hand-crafted with care using creamy Tokoname clay, the Chanoma tea pot is a traditional Yokode-style teapot designed to serve up to two people. Due to its hand-crafted nature and material, there may be slight variation in texture and appearance for each cup.

Care Instructions:
Hand wash only with no soap. Dry thoroughly with lid removed.

Tokoname ceramics will develop a shiny seasoning with use.

To remove any undesirable stains, rub the area with a mixture of baking soda and water.

It is not recommended to attempt to clean the interior ceramic strainer with a toothpick or similar hard object due to its delicate nature. Only clean the strainer with a soft brush.

Returns must be made within 2 weeks in original, unused condition with all packaging for either 1. Store credit for the full amount or 2. Refund – minus a 20% restocking fee.  Tortoise does not cover the cost of return shipping or the cost of re-shipping an exchange, and the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
