This double-sided pendant necklace features a pink tourmaline set inside an 18k yellow gold heart with a tiny sapphire set above the heart. The back reveals the other side of the tourmaline in a multi-pronged setting. Pink tourmaline is believed to represent a love of humanity and humanitarianism. Worn to promote sympathy towards others, it is an excellent stone for healers and counselors because it promotes better listening and understanding. History: 
Rather than relying on molds, Mizuki Tsurutaka, the designer behind Black Barc, handcrafts all of her work using traditional Japanese blacksmithing techniques. Tsurutaka is based in Los Angeles. She shares her studio with her husband Yusuke Muramatsu, designer of Prospective Flow.
